With almost 20 years experiences specializing in seafood export and seafood processing, we developed this product not only for restaurant use, but also in supermarket shelf. We chose to use the crabmeat from Southeast costal seas in China, where produce various kinds of seafoods that provided year-round. The Freshest Crabs must be produced through a rigorous quality control process which is called “Pasteurization”. We can kill harmful bacteria in foods by adopting this Pasteurization, at the same time, it still ensures that flavor, texture and aroma are kept to a highest quality level.

 




 
PASTEURIZATION AND PROCESSING
 
 
Our fresh crabs are steam cooked and then allowed to cool. The meat is hand-picked, graded, placed in cans,hermetically sealed and pasteurized.
Pasteurization is a heat treatment process that destroys natural pathogenic microorganisms to extend shelf life without adding artificial preservatives. Once pasteurized, the product has a shelf-life of 15 months in cans under proper refrigeration.
